PAST Projects

At the beginning of May I had my professional debut performing in Jack Dickson's new play 'The Girls of Cartridge Hut No. 7', directed by Mary McCluskey and music direction by Hilary Brooks.

The play was about the history of Nobel's Explosives Factory/ICI that operated on the Ardeer Peninsula in North Ayrshire, told through the eyes of four young girls who worked there that were sadly killed in an explosion in 1884.

I played the role of wee Maggie Brannan, the 14-year old dreamer with a love for nature which was a total joy!

It was such a lovely project to be a part of and was very special to share it with the local community.

More information about the project can be found on the production's Facebook page:

on-going Projects
Been working on a few writing projects recently with one in the early stages of being developed.

Thanks to Lisa Nicoll for helping me with 1-to-1 writing sessions as I worked on an opening extract of my first play, 'Bothy Nights'. Currently being workshopped by some actors and looking forward to hearing the words out loud soon!
